Complaints about the actions and decisions of the customer, the organizer, the tender commission, the expert commission, the operator of the electronic procurement information system of the Samruk-Kazyna Group companies should be submitted through the procurement web portal zakup.sk .kz in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
